Refer A Friend Terms of Use

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Brahmin Refer a Friend (“RFP”). These Terms of Use (“RFP Terms”) govern your conduct associated with the Brahmin Refer a Friend offered by Brahmin. The RFP Terms reference and fully incorporate Brahmin’s Privacy Policy, the BRAHMINREWARDS Terms of Use (the “BRP Terms”), and the Brahmin website Terms of Use (the “Terms”). To the extent there is any conflict between Brahmin’s Privacy Policy, the BRP Terms, and Terms, and the RFP Terms, the RFP Terms shall control with respect to the RFP.

By referring a friend, you agree to abide by the Terms, the BRP Terms and the RFP Terms as modified from time to time. These Terms apply to all actions you take related to your use of the RFP service.

In addition to your representations and warranties found in the Terms and the BRP Terms, through your use of RFP, you represent and warrant that you, and any friend you refer, are at least 18 years of age.

For you to receive referral points for inviting a new customer (a “Friend”) through the RFP, you must: 

1. send an invitation to a Friend using the one of the options available in the referral dashboard; and
2. the Friend refer must click on the link provided in your invitation and make a Qualifying Purchase (as defined in the BRP Terms) during the same browser session.

You will receive 100 Loyalty Points in your account within 45 days after a qualifying referral of a Friend is made in accordance with the RFP Terms. If your Friend cancels his/her order or returns the Qualifying Purchase, the Loyalty Points awards for the referral may be revoked at Brahmin’s sole discretion.

Loyalty Points can be redeemed only on Brahmin.com in accordance the BRP Terms.

If an order using Loyalty Points is cancelled, any additional Loyalty Points that may have been awarded for the purchase will be cancelled. We may specify certain products that are ineligible for payment using referral gift certificates from time to time.

Participation in the RFP will require you to submit personal information about yourself and your Friend, such as name and email address. You represent and warrant that your Friend has provided her permission to provide her name and email address to Brahmin, and that your Friend has agreed to receive communications from Brahmin for the purpose of participation in the RFP. Any information collected from you or your Friend as part of the RFP will be subject to our Privacy Policy.

In addition to the conditions in the BRP Terms, Brahmin may void your Loyalty Points, terminate your eligibility to earn Loyalty Points, or terminate your BRP account or the accounts your Friend(s) if Brahmin determines at its our sole discretion that you have referred a Friend where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
