BRAHMIN REWARDS TERMS OF USE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM.

General Information

Brahmin Rewards is offered by Brahmin.com. Participation and benefits shall be considered void where prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law. Brahmin assumes no liability for any user's participation that contravenes the laws or regulations of his or her state. Customer participation is subject to present and future program rules. Customer participation is valid only on Brahmin.com and rewards may only be earned and redeemed on Brahmin.com. Please note that customers are not required to participate in the Brahmin Rewards program to make purchases on Brahmin.com.

1. Earning Rewards

  • 1.1 Brahmin Rewards is available to all customers. Customers who participate in Brahmin Rewards program (who will also be referred to as “users”) will accumulate loyalty points for completing actions relating to their account as set forth in the Brahmin Rewards dashboard on Brahmin.com.

  • 1.2 Users will be eligible to reach tiered membership levels for their accumulation of the required amount of loyalty points and enjoy the perks associated with that particular membership level.

  • 1.3 Users will be eligible to redeem loyalty points for product rewards based on accumulation of the required amount of loyalty points. If an order is cancelled, any loyalty points awarded for the purchase will be cancelled. If a product is returned, Brahmin reserves the right to cancel the loyalty points awarded for the purchase of such product.

  • 1.4 A user only earns loyalty points based on activity on and via Brahmin.com. Users will be able to check the amount of loyalty points accumulated in their account by logging into the “My Rewards” section and viewing the dashboard.

  • 1.5 Users may not redeem or exchange accumulated loyalty points for cash. Users may not give/donate/transfer/share their loyalty points to another user’s account. From time to time, Brahmin.com may temporarily amend the Loyalty Point reward equations, without notice to the users.

2. Membership Levels

  • 2.1 Users must make a dollar value purchase in order to reach higher membership levels on Brahmin Rewards. Each membership level allows users access to different perks, as outlined on Brahmin.com.

  • 2.2 All points issued are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. A user's points do not expire so long as the user makes at least 1 qualifying purchase every 12 months. If the user has no qualifying purchase within 12 months, the user will automatically be moved down one level in the program. If the user is on the beginner level, he or she will remain a beginner. This action will not decrease a user’s points but the user will lose access to the perks associated with that membership level. Each qualifying purchase automatically extends the expiration date of the membership level for 12 months from the date of the qualifying purchase. Points earned from activities other than qualifying purchases do not extend the expiration date of membership levels.

3. Product Rewards

Customers will be eligible to redeem earned loyalty points for specific product as set forth in the Brahmin Rewards dashboard. There are no returns permitted for products earned through Brahmin Rewards. Brahmin is not required to include handbag registration cards and extend any warranty with product redeemed through product rewards. If Brahmin determines at any time that a user is re-selling product earned through Brahmin Rewards, Brahmin reserves the right to terminate the customer’s Brahmin Rewards account without notice and revoke any remaining points from the customer’s account.

4. Reviewing a Product

  • 4.1 Reviews of a Brahmin product on Brahmin.com will be reviewed for legitimacy and for language. As a result, it may take several (up to 30) days before reviews are posted on Brahmin.com and loyalty points are credited to a user’s account. Reviews that are posted will not be edited or changed for content, but they may be edited to correct spelling mistakes, glaring grammatical errors, etc. and/or to shorten the length.

  • 4.2 Brahmin reserves the right to reject reviews that it deems (in its sole discretion) to be of no value, or in violation of the Brahmin Terms of Service, and therefore no loyalty points will be rewarded for such reviews.

5. Refer a Friend to Brahmin Rewards

6. Submitting a Photo to Our Visual Commerce Gallery

  • 6.1 All image submissions will be reviewed for legitimacy and appropriateness. As a result, it may take several (up to 30) days before images are posted on Brahmin.com and loyalty points are credited to a user’s account. Images that are posted will not be edited or changed for content.

  • 6.2 Brahmin reserves the right not to publish images that it deems (in its sole discretion) to be inappropriate, against brand aesthetic, or in violation of the Brahmin Terms of Service, and therefore no loyalty points will be rewarded for such images.

7. Redeeming Loyalty Points

Loyalty points may only be redeemed on Brahmin.com for product rewards. Brahmin may limit the number of loyalty points that can be redeemed at one time. The system will update the user’s remaining loyalty points immediately after loyalty points are redeemed. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for a discount off the purchase price of an item. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for payment of taxes or shipping costs. Loyalty points cannot be applied to prior purchases or for the purchase of Brahmin e-Gift Certificates. Other restrictions may apply.

8. Account Information

You may view your account activity online in the Brahmin Rewards “My Rewards” dashboard. The information you provide will be handled in accordance with the Brahmin privacy policy.

9. Termination

  • 9.1 Participation in Brahmin Rewards is a privilege granted to Brahmin.com users and as such can be suspended, revoked or terminated at any time by Brahmin for any reason or for no reason. In the event of termination of your participation, all benefits including all accrued loyalty points and other program benefits will automatically and immediately be forfeited.

  • 9.2 Brahmin.com specifically reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Brahmin Rewards Program, or any specific user’s participation in the Brahmin Rewards program, if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety or proper function of Brahmin Rewards, as determined by Brahmin in its sole discretion. In addition, Brahmin reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or permanently ban any specific User's participation in Brahmin Rewards if Brahmin suspects that such user is conducting fraudulent activity to acquire, accumulate or spend loyalty points including, but not limited to, by a user creating multiple Brahmin Rewards accounts, false referrals, etc. or if Brahmin suspects that such user is re-selling product earned through Brahmin Rewards.

10. Program Changes

Brahmin reserves the right to vary any or all of the terms of Brahmin Rewards, to amend these Terms of Service, or to terminate the Brahmin Rewards program, at any time without notice and without further obligations to users, including, but not limited to, modifications which: a) govern loyalty points earned on and after the date of the change; or b) change the value of already accumulated loyalty points. Notice of any such changes, amendments or termination will be provided to users via message or email, or by being posted on Brahmin.com and will be effective immediately, unless otherwise stated in such notification.
