Valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. US orders made through Brahmin.com or Brahmin Customer Service may be returned free of charge within 30 days of purchase. No, Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We are unable to accept items that are purchased on Final Sale for return or exchange. 

Final Sale items are marked in several places including:

  • In your shopping cart
  • On your order confirmation

Please return any Brahmin product purchased from a retail store back to the store of origin.

A free UPS shipping return label will be provided for orders in the domestic US. Free returns do not apply to international orders or offshore US states and territories including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping charges and gift wrap are non-refundable.
