All full priced, unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. Final sale items are not eligible for return. The factory will be closed for the Holidays from December 25 through January 1, returning January 2, 2024. During this time our returns department will be closed and refunds will resume the week of January 2nd.

US orders made through Brahmin.com or Brahmin Customer Service may be returned free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Returns may be processed on our website.

No, Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. We are unable to accept items that are purchased on Final Sale for return. 

Final Sale items are marked in several places including:

  • On the specific product page
  • In your shopping cart
  • On your order confirmation

Please return any Brahmin product purchased from a retail store back to the store of origin.

A free UPS shipping return label will be provided for orders in the domestic US. Free returns do not apply to international orders or offshore US states and territories including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping charges and gift wrap are non-refundable.
