HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

The return period will be extended for any unused items purchased on Brahmin.com during the months of November and December 2020. We will accept returns or exchanges on these purchases through January 31, 2021.Please note that all engraved and embossed items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All full priced, unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or in exchange for equal value. Please note that all engraved and embossed items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. US orders made through Brahmin.com or Brahmin Customer Service may be returned free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Returns may be processed on our website. For exchanges, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-229-2428 or customer_service@brahminusa.com.


Please return any Brahmin product purchased from a retail store back to the store of origin.

A free UPS shipping return label will be provided for orders in the domestic US. Free returns do not apply to international orders or offshore US states and territories including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping charges and gift wrap are non-refundable.
