As COVID-19 continues to impact the world, keeping our BRAHMIN community safe and up-to-date is our number one mission.

Our team is working diligently within the current safety measures to provide you with the best shopping experience during this time. Our shipping department has resumed activity, but we are currently experiencing a delay in processing and shipping orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email.

All shipments made within the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) are considered domestic. We do not offer weekend delivery. Shipping costs are dependent on the carrier and delivery method requested. To ensure the secure delivery of your package, signature may be required for overnight delivery or on any order over $350 with differing billing and shipping addresses. During inclement weather, shipping may be delayed and UPS does not guarantee next day or two day delivery.

Please note: We do not partial ship orders. If a product is currently on back order or pre-order and you need other items in your purchase right away, please place a separate order for the back order or pre-order item(s).

International Shipping Update* As of July 1, 2020

Beginning July 1, 2020, Brahmin will offer international shipping to Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom through our partnership with shipping provider UPS. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that your transaction will be with UPS. Your customer service needs will be handled directly by Brahmin.

The cost to ship internationally will be a flat rate charge of $75. Your total shipping charges (US dollars) will appear during the checkout process, before payment is entered. For more information about international shipping, please contact Customer Service at 508-994-4000.
