Shipping Information and Policies

All in-stock orders placed by 1PM ET are shipped from our warehouse the same day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Same day shipping will apply to orders (pending product availability) placed by 1PM ET on the same business day. Please note, same day shipping does not apply to embossed items, engraved items, or gift cards. We do not offer weekend delivery. All shipments made within the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) are considered domestic. Shipping costs are dependent on the carrier and delivery method requested. To ensure the secure delivery of your package, signature may be required for overnight delivery or on any order over $350 with differing billing and shipping addresses. During inclement weather, shipping may be delayed and UPS does not guarantee next day or two day delivery.

Please note: We do not partial ship orders. If a product is currently on back order or pre-order and you need other items in your purchase right away, please place a separate order for the back order or pre-order item(s).

We ship to more than 100 countries worldwide. We have partnered with UPS i-parcel for international order processing, subject to the terms and conditions available HERE. You may select one of three shipping methods at checkout (delivery time may vary):

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight and delivery location of your order - you will see an estimate only after you begin the checkout process. For your convenience, duties and taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout, there will be no additional charges upon delivery.
