Customer Ratings and Reviews Terms of Use

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM.

Thank you for your interest in submitting your Customer Ratings and Reviews. These Terms of Use (“CRR Terms”) govern your conduct associated with the Customer Ratings and Review (“CRR”) service offered by Brahmin. The CRR Terms reference and fully incorporate Brahmin’s Privacy Policy, the BRAHMINREWARDS Terms of Use (the “BRP Terms”), and website Terms of Use (the “Terms”). To the extent there is any conflict between Brahmin’s Privacy Policy, the BRP Terms, and Terms, and the CRR Terms, the CRR Terms shall control with respect to the CRR service.

By submitting any Customer Content (as defined in the Terms), you agree to abide by the Terms, the BRP Terms of Use and the CRR Terms as modified from time to time. These Terms apply to all Customer Content (including text, images, video, and links) that you submit to Brahmin, and to any actions you take related to your use of the CRR service.

In addition to your representations and warranties found in the Terms, through your use of CCR, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

You agree that the Customer Content you submit is not confidential or proprietary, and that it will not be treated as such by Brahmin.

By submitting Customer Content, you grant to Brahmin a license to your Customer Content as described in the Terms.

Use of all Customer Content is at Brahmin’s sole discretion. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, Brahmin reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. At Brahmin’s sole discretion, Brahmin reserves the right to modify or delete any Customer Content on Brahmin’s website that Brahmin determines violates these CRR Terms, the BRP Terms, or the Terms. Brahmin does not guarantee that you will have any ability to edit or delete the Customer Content after submission to Brahmin.

By submitting your email address in connection with your Customer Content, you agree that Brahmin has permission to use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and other administrative purposes.
