In her own words
While Lilly inspires many on the team, she credits her own boss, Cristee, as being an influential woman in the development of her career. When asked how she thinks women #BreaktheBias, Lilly responded by saying: “Having or being a mentor can have a positive impact on breaking biases. Cristee has been an incredible mentor for me– she created a safe space at work that promotes a healthy work environment. As I grow in my career, I hope to mentor people and demonstrate that teamwork and transparency are important in the workplace.”
Lilly has demonstrated passion for the work and love of all things Brahmin– particularly the women who shop with us. “It was clear to me when I first started at Brahmin that the women who are loyal to the brand feel a sense of community when they purchase our bags.
