In her own words
As a leader at Brahmin, Marge feels a certain responsibility to the next generation. It is her aim to lead by example.
“There are more women in leadership roles than ever before, setting examples for the next generation. As women, we have to lift each other up and continue working toward breaking the bias and fighting for equality.”
She went on to offer her career advice to women, “Be confident, assertive, and make yourself known. If you are invited to a meeting, you are there for a reason. Sit at the table and let your voice be heard!”
