BRAHMINREWARDS is our free U.S. loyalty program that rewards you for shopping (talk about a win-win). Earn one point for every dollar you spend on Brahmin.com. Even better? You'll score points for writing reviews, referring your friends, and connecting on social media (make that a triple-win).

Easy. All you have to do is create an account by visiting Brahmin.com and clicking, “Account” (told you it was easy). BRAHMINREWARDS is free to join—meaning, no sneaky minimum-spending amount required.

All BRAHMINREWARDS members are eligible for a birthday gift. You’ll accrue additional perks as you build up your tier status.

The points you receive towards Rewards will expire after twenty-four (24) months. BRAHMIN will always apply the oldest points towards any Reward you redeem regardless of tier. For full program details, visit brahmin.com/loyalty-terms-of-use.html.

Transactions that can earn points (“eligible transactions”) include all purchases of merchandise on Brahmin.com (excluding merchandise shipped outside the United States) and Brahmin Boutiques. Purchases for gift cards, e-gift cards, and gift services will not be eligible for rewards points.

Your BRAHMINREWARDS status is determined by how much you spend on Brahmin.com within a 12-month period (after promotions, and before taxes and any shipping charges are applied) when you check out with the email address that’s registered to your account.

If an item is returned, the points earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account. If the returned purchase had qualified you to enter a new tier status, that will also be forfeited. But your next qualifying purchase will bump you back up!

We ask all BRAHMINREWARDS members to use a single email address for all transactions on Brahmin.com to ensure you receive points for every purchase. For questions or concerns, please call customer service at 800-229-2428.

We welcome all BRAHMINREWARDS members to redeem a special birthday surprise any time during the month of their birthday. We’ll notify you with redemption instructions via email, so be sure that you’re opted in to receive marketing emails from Brahmin.com.

Once you create an account on Brahmin.com, you’ll be automatically placed in a tier determined by your qualifying purchases made at Brahmin.com within the previous twelve months.* This loyalty tier status will remain in effect for twelve months from the date of your account creation, when it can be altered based on your spend over the last twelve months. *Purchases are identified as those made online while logged into My Account or in store when the email address registered to your account is provided.

No, only one reward dollar code can be applied per order.

At this time, rewards dollars are only redeemable on Brahmin.com.

No, rewards dollars cannot be combined with other offers.

Once you have redeemed for a BRAHMINREWARDS item or BRAHMINREWARDS dollars, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
