Returns/Exchanges

All regular priced, unworn merchandise returned within 30 days from the date of purchase (with proof of purchase) will be exchanged for the same value or returned for a  full refund.  US orders made through Brahmin.com or Brahmin Customer Service can be returned for Free within 30 days. We cannot offer free returns on international orders or offshore US territories including AK, HI and Puerto Rico.

We only guarantee and warranty items purchased through an authorized Brahmin dealer.  Please return any Brahmin product purchased from a retail store back to the store of origin.  This will require a dated sales receipt.

For quality service/repairs please call the Repairs department at (800)-229-2428 (dial menu: option 1) to discuss product issues prior to shipping your Brahmin accessory.  At that time you will be assigned an RA #.  Should warranty service be required, and you choose to mail the product directly to Brahmin, please include the following items with your Brahmin accessory:

-Accessory, carefully packed in an insured protective, durable container
-Copy of the sales receipt
-Specific description of the problem(s)
-Your name, complete address, and daytime phone number and e-mail address

Please be sure to ship by insured, traceable mail.  UPS, USPS, and other carriers offer this service. Brahmin is not responsible for shipping. Items should be shipped to the following address:
