Online Orders Return/Exchange Policy
All regular priced, unworn merchandise returned within 30 days from the date of purchase (with proof of purchase) will be exchanged for the same value or returned for a full refund. US orders made through Brahmin.com or Brahmin Customer Service can be returned for free within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we can only offer one exchange per item.
Please return any Brahmin product purchased from a retail store back to the store of origin.
Only domestic US orders can be returned via the Free UPS Shipping Return Label. We cannot offer free returns on international orders or offshore US states and territories including AK, HI and Puerto Rico.
Shipping charges and gift wrap are non-refundable.
To return or exchange a purchase, please use prepaid return label that is included in your shipment. This is a one-time per order courtesy and only available on original return. If you did not receive or have lost your prepaid return label, you can submit a request for one with customer service at 800-229-2428 or email us at email@example.com. Your email request must include name, order number and whether you would like a return or exchange.
